Warning about fraud and scam attempts

ORPEA warns the public about the fraudulent use of its subsidiary’s identity, the company NIORT 94, in connection with fictitious financial operations.

ORPEA has been informed of multiple fraudulent phone calls and emails from anonymous networks falsely using the identity of its subsidiary, NIORT 94, and its manager. These networks are encouraging individuals to invest, particularly in parking facilities equipped with electric charging stations.

ORPEA strongly advices the public to exercise the extreme caution and not to respond to these solicitations.
