Julia Clavel, appointed Director M&A for the Group, joins the ExCom

Julia Clavel has been appointed Director of M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) for ORPEA Group and joins the COMEX. Julia Clavel will support the Group's M&A projects, in particular the strategy of repositioning and targeted ownership of the Group's assets in line with the objectives of the Refoundation Plan. She will supervise the M&A teams responsible for structuring and managing value optimization, sale, operational performance improvement and restructuring projects. Julia Clavel will also be responsible for overseeing Poland, Ireland, and the UK, and will work with the CEOs in charge to implement the strategic priorities of the Group's Refoundation Plan.
