emeis sells a real-estate portfolio in the Netherlands worth a total value of around €97 million

emeis announces that it has signed an agreement to sell a real estate portfolio of eleven nursing homes in the Netherlands to Bouwinvest for a total deed-in-hand value of €97 million.
